Naturopathic Consults

An initial consult will address your presenting health concern but also delve deep into how your other body systems may be working. I will also look at medications,  past and current medical history, family history, diet and lifestyle factors. A physical examination may also be done if required and also will look at the tongue, nails and iris for further information. An individualised prescription will be provided if needed and treatment plan will be emailed to you.

The return consult is a follow-up of your initial consult, usually booked 2-4 weeks after the first consult. I will review your progress, pathology results can be examined and I can make adjustments to your treatment plan as necessary. We can discuss additional health goals/concerns if needed. 

A shorter 25-minute consult to address minor ailments or acute condition with a remedy prescribed if needed (separate cost). This shorter consult may be booked for those requiring a quick follow up or to discuss your health needs with the view to book a longer consult in the future. It is not appropriate for complex conditions with chronic case history which would require a longer consult.
